    I'm just going to keep a running thread here. Got a really nice camera and tripod from the wife for Christmas. I am going to try and video every training session.

    Vinny, what is your focus for this training cycle (raw or equipped or both)? Also, I know you are changing up your training. What type of method are you planning on following?

    RAWWWWWWWWWWWW! Josh Bryant is doing my training. I don't know what his plan is. Definitely seems to have quite a bit of volume. I'd deduce some type of block.

    Oh yeah, the power of the beard is amazing. Funny, I go through two stages everyday. The stage where I want to keep it and the stage where I want to shave it off.
