The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

What routine would you recommend after Starting Strength?

I've done Starting Strength, what routine would recommend is a step up from this but just as simple, nothing complex. Thanks guys.

HCT-12 is really good, but there's a lot of start up information that can be intimidating to the newer lifter.

One thought to reduce the learning curve, would be to look at Baby Got Back (everyone notices nice back development, and most over train the chest at the expense of shoulder injuries down the road) so it could be a good fit. Then try to incorporate some of the HCT concepts into that BGB workout schedule, then switch over when your comfortable.
Does this pose make my camera look big?
