The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Opticen New Mix

Just ordered a couple of tubs - looking forward to trying it again. I honestly can't remember if I have ever ordered it, I think maybe once a long time ago. It is safe to say that the new blend is thinner mixing than Maximus was?

Yep, 100%. Jason Coker, a pro powerlifter I work with was just talking to me about this the other day. He used to use MAXIMUS. He likes the Opticen+ much better because it is not as thick and he prefers the flavor. He also noted how MAXIMUS would bother his stomach a bit and Opticen+ doesn't. I told him that is because the Opticen+ protein matrix is now the exact same as Nitrean+ (which is to say really, really good).

I have always found Opticen to mix quite well, it is in-between Maximus and Nitrean in terms of the thickness when all are mixed with an equal amount of water (although I have not tried the Opticen+ yet so it could be even closer to Nitrean now).
