    Full range of motion

Here is a short article by John Meadows, its a short but good read.

    http://www.t-nation.com/strength-training-topics/2266

Besides this article, what are your thoughts on full range of motion? I can attributed a large part of my growth from partial reps and partial range of motion, where I keep the muscle under tension.

    Thoughts?

    Matt
