    My alma-mater. Sandy hit that area are pretty hard and almost everyone in that area knows someone who lost a house including myself.

    Coach Deppen is a great guy, dedicated to his students and his family and very knowledgeable, especially with the conjugate method. He rebuilt the HS weightroom and it's most likely one of the best weightrooms/gyms in the state.

    I was at the meet. Rychlak donated all kinds of equipment to the team. It was pretty cool and very nice of Rychlak.
