    Interesting way to help you eat your meals

    Anyone else have problems eating all there meals? I know I do. Here's an interesting way to solve that dilemma.

    Looks like a really good way to get some more meat in, especially on my carb backloading diet. Might have to look into buying a dryer now.

    Genius. It makes having healthy meat on hand very easy.

    My mom has one of these and makes Kale chips and all sorts of stuff. They seem very useful.

    Actually bought a dehydrator after watching this video. Going to use this to get some more meat in, constantly on the run right now between classes and work.
