Been having amazing gains from it, but recently, I've been hitting a few less reps on the same weight. So I figured it is time for a deload, but I'm not really sure of how many reps to go for. And since I'm back to lifting again after my injury, I haven't done one in a looong time.

So what are some appropriate numbers? Double the number of reps for the same amount of sets? Failure or just feel the muscle contractions and try to feel a bit of a burn?
