Does anyone have any books on the topic of training/nutrition/performance that they would like to recommend?
I am currently reading Dan John's "Never Let Go" and have to say that I am very pleased with the book so far (about halfway through).

Supertraining (very heavy read)
It could be an anomaly though as I have seen "Under The Bar" from Dave Tate for $100 on Amazon despite retailing for $10-15 on the EliteFTS site.
Looks like SuperTraining is also quite expensive...
