    I'd be interested in seeing something like Face Pulls, and other types of rowing exercises.

    Also, you might need to redo the Hack Squat video, the background was a little distracting in that one.

    Good videos Matt! I hope people will check out this thread. I know we have a ton of young men and women who are unsure of how to do certain movements etc. This is a solid resource.

    I'd love to see some of the big lifts done: squat (variety), deadlifts (variety). Also any ab workouts that use cables or machines of sorts. I think almost any exercise that's worth doing is worth posting. I'll be checking in here as my resource for good form.

    I actually do zero ab work. I did a lot doing crossfit and powerlifting so my abs are pretty thick, even at around 20 percent bodyfat I can see them from certain angles and times.

    Nice videos matt
    The only lift I'm proud of at this point is a close stance, ass to grass zercher squat of 170kg x2 at 85kg bw. If only they held zercher squat competitions...
