Due to my hectic traveling schedule, I often find it difficult to find some good free weights to work out with. As a result, I've decided to try some dynamic tension training, a la Charles Atlas. Here's what I have so far:
Push ups: 2 sets of 20. The second set can go past 20 until failure.
Wall sits pyramid: 2 wall sits for 10 seconds, then, 9, then 8, and so on through 1.
Crunches: 2 sets of 50. Second set can go past 50 until failure.
These are all floor exercises (do these even count as dynamic tension exercises?), and they've done me quite a bit of good. I like to do them six times a week, and just take Sundays off. Any additional suggestions? I figure I could do some chin-ups/pull-ups, but that option isn't always available.
