    Wow. I love the way he doesn't think about it. Just walks up and pulls. I always take a few seconds and the last thought in my mind is "you're not gonna get it". LOL

    Crossfit might be the thing that could help save Weightlifting in the US. I think almost half the USAW clubs are crossfit affiliates and I suspect that in a few more years the vast majority will be.

    Yeah there is a wealth of material when it comes to sexual innuendos and olympic lifting. I remember watching some clean and jerk video a while back and someone made a comment saying "I saw this video title and started to cry because I found the perfect sport for me and then I watched the video and was very disappointed."
