    The funny thing was, I thought I didn't need any supps. Then I started to take the multiplus and felt a lot better. I was probably deficit in a couple things.

    glutamine
    glucosamine
    probiotics
    fish oil
    digestive enzymes
    casein, hydrolyzed whey and a blend...

    I was one that thought i didnt need sups until i hired a coach for my show.. can Definitely tell a major difference will not ever go again without that list above

    I can honestly tell a major difference when taking those supps though.

    Results (Creatine, Beta-Alanine, and HMB)
    Protein (Only on days I don't get enough via diet alone)
    Bench: 315x3
    Squat: 455x2
    Dead: 500

    Currently 6 ft, 230 lb.

    Pre-workout- black coffee
    During workout- Gatorade, powder mix
    Post-workout- chocolate milk and some type of kid's cereal or cookies

    I take a multivitamin, extra vitamin c, e, magnesium and zinc.
