    training shirted every week

    does anyone else do this . i compete in a single ply fed and have been told to get better in the shirt i ned to train it weekly doulbes to the chest ? any advice

    Travis started a good thread a few weeks back. Look for that as it had alot of shirt talk. I liked 5 weeks of shirt work followed by 5 weeks of raw boards and band stuff. Then back in the shirt again 5 weeks. I ritated this fir years.
