The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

hes a hell of a lifter. His squat is GREAT, his bench is GREAT and his deadlift is GREAT. If he could PR on all three at a meet, i think it would be the best raw total ever. Just guessing

He would hit 2300 if he could squat 900, dead 850 and bench 550 (and he sure is capable of it) but the greatest raw total was set by Don Reinhoudt. It will be amazing for him to total 2300 @275 raw at such a young age. 2300 is something a multiply lifter @275 would be proud of.

Watching guys like Eric makes me remember what strong really is. If he manages to stay healthy and keep training for the next few years a 2400+ total raw is easily within his range.

On a side note, can you imagine what it costs to feed that family. Just between Ernie, Eric and Ernie Jr. I bet they could go through a side of beef a meal.
