I want to start the 5/3/1 program, I have pretty good size now my question is will I loose size by following this? Bc there's no lateral raises/flys/curls ect... Also I'm currently cutting Thank you
No, you don't have to stop doing those movements. But you might notice a decrease in size from the cutting.
While not a popular program here, many of us do follow it. How can it not be enough? 5/3/1 is pretty much just the rep schemes for the main lifts. You can do whatever the fuck else you want to do.
Give yourself 3-4 sessions and you'll see it does work. You can modify the system to your liking-adding or modifying additional sets.

Cary put it more eloquently than I. Just would add, to do it justice 3-4 cycles would be more appropriate to see appreciable gains.
I know nothing about nothing, except I started 5,3,1 this week. I was actually quite surprised at how much of a workout it actually is. I'm doing the main lift and 2 accessory lifts and I'm fairly wrecked when I leave the gym
