Again, everything felt really good. The knee is giving me no problems as far as lifting goes. I just wish I had more time.

Went well. No shoulder pain, everything went really well. I had a little bit of time so I threw in some accessory work. Finally!

I lifted Fri but forgot to record it. Anyway, I loved this workout. Chest felt really swollen afterwards (which is good cuz so is my belly!), always makes me feel like I did something lol. 280X8 is a lot for me. I "think" next week I'll be able to get a PR for bench. We'll see come Monday.

Felt pretty good, I have some lower back pain that was bothered by the weight on my shoulders. Next week I feel pretty confident that I can get a PR on this lift as well.

Been a while, life and pain have gotten in the way. I did get a bench PR about a week and a half ago, 335. I also PR'd on squat, 435. Unfortunately I hurt my shoulder and it made it pretty impossible to lift. It's feeling better right now, I will probably wait til Monday to get back in the gym.
