    My food journal

    Firstly let me stat a few details and goals.
    My main goal like anybody else on a website called wannabebig is I want to be bigger..
    I have a lot of room to grow as I only weigh 161lb and 5'8 with an estimated bf% of 18% (hand held body fat machine).

    My main goal is 200lb in the long run, I would like to add 1-2lb a week. I'm open to putting on body fat as well as lean body mass, at the end of the day size is size and I can worry about trimming down when I have some size to trim down.

    I wont state WHAT foods I eat in this log it will be stating my macro's.

    If your reading my log and think hey this guys not eating enough or his eating to much ect. please feel free to post and leave advice/tips.

    I have been training for about 3 years now and I am getting more serious. I'm studying my gym instructor/nutrition course at this moment in time, also bodybuilding training is what I am interested in most.

    For anybody who wants to know I keep my food log on MyFitnessPal.
    All my measurements are in grams, tonight I plan on working out my BMR and working out what my macros should be, so I have a more solid plan as at the moment I am just eating to get the calories in and as you can see some of my days are way to low on calorie intake.

    You might wanna boost the fat a little I'm no expert I'm just saying while bulking it might be smart to go a little heavy on the fat looks like you're getting in plenty of calories for your size though

    thank you for your input, yeah i need to up everything at this point in time haha.
    I will post my guideline macros later tonight and you (and others) can take a look and let me know what you think.

    Hey like where your macros are at just make sure you monitor it your gonna gain some body fat no matter what but just keep it in check

    These are my new numbers, they are minimums!

    Calories - 3,700
    Carbs - 525-575g
    Protein - 175-250g
    Fats - 80g
