Firstly let me stat a few details and goals.
My main goal like anybody else on a website called wannabebig is I want to be bigger..
I have a lot of room to grow as I only weigh 161lb and 5'8 with an estimated bf% of 18% (hand held body fat machine).
My main goal is 200lb in the long run, I would like to add 1-2lb a week. I'm open to putting on body fat as well as lean body mass, at the end of the day size is size and I can worry about trimming down when I have some size to trim down.
I wont state WHAT foods I eat in this log it will be stating my macro's.
If your reading my log and think hey this guys not eating enough or his eating to much ect. please feel free to post and leave advice/tips.
I have been training for about 3 years now and I am getting more serious. I'm studying my gym instructor/nutrition course at this moment in time, also bodybuilding training is what I am interested in most.
