Its good stuff. Very controversal around here but no one has the credentials of Kiefer so i just blow that off. I lost about 25 pounds doing CBL with no muscle loss and VERY little strength loss. My bench actually went up.
Theres two crowds with this shit. The calorie is a calorie just go on a deficit crowd, and the marco manipulation crowd. But lets be honest, deficit and calorie counting blows, so lets just eat bacon and eggs and get jacked.
