I have been doing different variations of the 5/3/1 routine by Jim Wendler, really like this program a lot.
I am doing the BBB Big But Boring accessories this phase, and read there is an alternate way of doing those accessories, like 50% to 60% of my 1RP Max.
Whats the best weeks to do like 50%, then a week at 55%, and then a week at 60%. Would you do phase 1 accessories @ 50% then Phase 2 @ 55%, and Phase 3 @ 60%, or would that be too hard for week 3 which is the heaviest week. Should I do it in reverse ? Week 1 @ 60%, and by week 3 the heaviest of the 5/3/1 sets, just do 50% on accessory ?
What is your opinion on this 5/3/1 alternate routine, to do after I am done with my 3 months of the Big But Boring routine ?
