I have been doing different variations of the 5/3/1 routine by Jim Wendler, really like this program a lot.
I am doing the BBB Big But Boring accessories this phase, and read there is an alternate way of doing those accessories, like 50% to 60% of my 1RP Max.
Whats the best weeks to do like 50%, then a week at 55%, and then a week at 60%. Would you do phase 1 accessories @ 50% then Phase 2 @ 55%, and Phase 3 @ 60%, or would that be too hard for week 3 which is the heaviest week. Should I do it in reverse ? Week 1 @ 60%, and by week 3 the heaviest of the 5/3/1 sets, just do 50% on accessory ?
What is your opinion on this 5/3/1 alternate routine, to do after I am done with my 3 months of the Big But Boring routine ?

Don't overcomplicate it. Do 50% first. If it is way easy do 55%, if that is way easy do 60% and just follow progressive overload from there.
If you are doing Boring but Big now, I feel the beginner routine might be a step back since it has you hitting squat and bench 2x week on top of pressing and deadlifting. A beginner will get good practice and can tolerate this, but if the Boring But Big, pushes up your numbers it might be too much work to do the beginner 5/3/1 routine.
I am going to try this for a couple months, see how it feels, and goes
Wave 1 Assistance @ 50%
Wave 2 Assistance @ 55%
Wave 3 Assistance @ 60%
Wave 4 DELOAD Assistance @ 50%
Should my deload week be even lighter than 50% ? Drop down to 40% ?
