Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Looking for a guinea pig

    Wannabebig bodybuilders,

I've develop a program over the last year or so to widening and thickening the shoulders. I'm currently looking for a guinea pig, willing to add my shoulder routine to their current training regimen for the next two months. What this will require is total trust and faith in my ability to produce results and before/after pictures. If interested please post below.

I'm not a body builder at ALL: college athlete actually. But depending on the volume/intensity, I might be able to give it a go over the months of June/July since I have a little freedom on shoulder exercises.

But by all means, I would look for at least someone else besides me, lol.

What level of experience are you looking for? What is the time/training schedule like?

I'd totally be up for it; my approximate current stats (weight/height/major lifts) are in my sig. My current routine is a pretty fluid, all body routine and I have mainly focused on loosing a bit of weight over the last 6 months or so.

You will have to do 2 shoulder only days a week. Are you okay with that?

Matt, care to share the routine? Not that my shoulder(s) would likely be able to tolerate it but I would be interested to see it.

I'd be cool with that; always looking to change things up. Could you PM me the routine so I can take a look at the movements? I had issues with my right rotator cuff a few years back, but managed to rehab it through cortisone injections and PT. I won't share the routine with anyone else regardless of the outcome.
