Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?
I notice when I do wide squats that my groin hurts like in the socket part when coming up also with sumo DL, but when I go shoulder width I dnt feel it. Anyone know what it is?
