    Hitting my RM during ramping?

    I feel like today I hit my RM on my 3rd set of ramping? should I go down in weight and continue to ramp or do the 6+2+2+2?

    First week on the HCT obviously next week I will start with less weight and ramp up now that I got a better feel for it, but what should I do if this happens again?

    I don't understand how you went from a set of 6 reps to a 1RM?

    Well I got it up barely 3 times so i guess it wasn't my 1 RM but I doubt I could do much more
