    Interesting problem

    I have been working out pretty consistently for a couple of months, and I have began to notice a problem. My right arm is significantly larger than my left (both biceps and triceps). I do both single and double arm workouts, and I have never in my 12 years of lifting experience seen this happen to me. Now, here is the most interesting left arm, despite being smaller, is the stronger arm. Just seems like a very strange thing to me that I would love to get corrected. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get it fixed? Thanks.

    You could start by doing more work on the smaller arm till it evens out.
