I missed bech day yesterday bc of sickness, so I did bench today which is my squat day, my question is do I squat tomorrow? Monday is my press day
I would squat tomorrow, then resume your normal schedule Monday.

Yeah, either squat tomorrow or just skip the squat workout for one week (so if you did 5's this week go on to your 3's next week as if you did the 5's). It won't be the end of the world. 5/3/1 is all about being consistent in the long run. Missing one workout here and there won't be the end of it.
Missing one workout out of 52 isnt going to kill you. I would just resume your normal day and maybe throw on some squats on your next upper day.
