    Kind of a big question.

    Yes and no.

You can still train, eat, and work hard to make yourself better like anyone else. But you might not be seeing the gains a testosterone fueled 20 year old is. But honestly, that doesn't matter. As long as you know what you're doing in terms of training, diet, etc... reach for the stars. (But don't hurt yourself by doing something stupid).

    Squat: 475
    Dead: 500

    MartinB,

I would definitely say no, your not to old to start bodybuilding. I would definitely pay attention to what your body is telling you. Do you have any pre existing injuries?

Hi Matthew ! No, I am lucky to have no pre existing injuries. But When I do lift I notice recovery time takes longer than when I was in my 20's, 30's and early 40's. What took only four days it now takes five.
