How many calories per day should I be consuming?

Ok, so I am 23 years old, 200lbs and 6'7. I am getting back into working out because I had ACL surgery earlier 4 months ago. If I want to attain the range of 220lbs how many calories should I be eating per day and how many workouts a week? Open to all opinions and constructive advice.

How many calories are you currently eating per day?

As for choice of routine, what are your goals?

I haven't been counting but I know it's not sufficient to gain that type of weight and as far as goals, just to build muscle. Naturally I am a very lean guy with a fast metabolism. It's hard for me to put on weight.

Edit: let me be more specific. With the workouts I do, I try to do the big grandaddy exercises (pullups, deadlifts, squats, bench press etc)..I don't usually do isolation workouts.

Start tracking calories. Find out how many you need to maintain your current body weight and add ~10%.

In detail, what routine are you currently doing and why do you think it's not working?

I agree, start calorie counting and see what you are currently consuming on average daily. Once you know that figure bump it by 500 cals and see what happens. Give it two weeks. If you don't start gaining weight add another 500 and so on.
