    2013 ADAU/100%RAW Great Lakes Championship

    I competed in my first meet since 2008 today. I weighed in at 160.4 and finished with a 1267.4 pound total.

    424.3 squat
    330.6 bench
    512.5 deadlift

    If you look really closely I stumbled or moved my feet slightly after completing the lift. That must be why it was red-lighted
