    Video Training Journal Back In Action

    Well, I have my head out of my butt, purchased a new computer, and have a competition in mind. Figured it was time to get my video journal going again. I train 3 days a week, but I will just video once a week, whichever day I feel. Three days a week of editing is just more than I care to do at this point.
