    10 months of cutting done.

    I went from 213 to 175.
    Height:5' 10"
    Weight:198 lbs.
    Max Bench Press:~200lbs.
    Max Dead Lift:~310lbs.
    Max Squat:~270lbs.
    Goals.......Bench 300, Squat 400, Dead lift 550.

    Those are goals for now, once I reach them I'll set new goals.

    Congratulations mate! Always admirable to see the results of someone who has had the determination to make major changes like that.
    Current 1RM's - Bench 264lbs (Target 308lbs)/Squat 396lbs (Target 352lbs)/
    Deadlift 429lbs (Target 440lbs)
    BIG 3 TOTAL at 220lbs (28% BF) = 1089lbs
    6ft 2, 234lb fat, hairy ape!
