    Been a while

    It's been a while since I posted but this is just a quick update. When I first started on this site I was around 130 - up from the 120 I started from. Today I'm about 170-175 and a different person after years of training. It's taken me years - but I've had consistent gains and a total lifestyle change. I'm thinking of competing this year - any advice for a novice?
