I forgot to post this on Friday, my deload week was coming on on Monday so I decided to check my 1rm on deadlift. Previous or was 410, 410 this time was a breeze so I tryed 460 and nailed it!!! Easily to I think I could of got 480 with no problem. My goal is to get down to 180lbs and compete. I'm currently sitting at 214, I lost 6 lbs in 6 days I know that's too much weight but I been stuffing my face while following Carb nite
