Is it true that if we alternate our workout, it helps create more muscle definition?
"Except Belial. He knows everything. This isn't a sarcastic attack, either. He really knows everything." -----Organichu
"Alex is all knowing and perfect"-----Jane (loosely paraphrased)

I heard that if you alternate behind the back bicep flies with reverse upright rows, your back muscle get ripped
In order to get more muscle definition you have to get leaner. The bigger the muscles are and the leaner you get, the more separation between muscles you will have.
