    425 x 4 Bench @ 200 lbs

Haven't posted any bench videos in a long time so I figured I'd throw this up. Been nursing a strained pec this past month so this was the first time pressing over 400 in a couple weeks.

Your numbers are always mind blowing especially with you being in good condition too.
    Current 1RM's - Bench 264lbs (Target 308lbs)/Squat 396lbs (Target 352lbs)/
    Deadlift 429lbs (Target 440lbs)
    BIG 3 TOTAL at 220lbs (28% BF) = 1089lbs

Those are pretty close to my goals within the next year. I guarantee I will bench 500 touch n go by the end of this year.

Great job! One thing on form, I think it would behoove you in the long run to stop with the with press back towards your head and the elbow flare all of which cause a shoulder rotation that I think will lead to issues over time. Your shoulders will last longer if you press in a straight line.

I think it looks worse than it is because of the angle of the video, but you're right, that is something I've been working on over the past year. I also tend to get out of the groove a little when doing multiple reps; usually on max attempts the bar travel is pretty straight.

You must be pretty much entirely meat at 200lbs to be moving the numbers you do, mate. Really impressive stuff, as always.
