    Squat Pr (video)

    I'm down 7lbs and I hit a 70lb Pr, I did 405 here then 5 minutes later I hit 425. How's my form? I'm super happy lol

The speed in which you handled it made me think you have room for more. From this angle it looked a tad high and maybe just a tad forward. Seemed with how quick it went up, if you went down an inch or so, you'd still power it up.

Hopefully some others will chime in.

Good PR! Really powered it up quickly. When I'm setting a PR squat it's always a grind to come up, lol.

Dude, you smoked that!!! You definitely had more in the tank. The depth was hard to see, but I think it was good. Your form looked good as well. Nice job bro!!!

Yep looked good to me. Not a great angle to analyze form, but certainly nothing glaring that jumps out to me as a problem. Nice work!
