Alright guys - I'm Eddie Hall, one of the strongest men in the World. I can bench 280kg and hold the world record for a deadlift. I'm always on this site picking up tips here and there.

I've started designing my own workout regimes and have just brought out an app on iTunes called 'the Strongman workout with Eddie Hall' - do let me know what you think of it - happy to tweak it!

It's got a 28-Day Challenge to put on 8lbs of muscle and four workout regimes, as well as a month's worth of meal plans to bulk up to. Any thoughts do let me know.
