I don't have any before pics but here is a current one, been lifting for 3 months now consistently 3 days a week doing HCT-12
I was 250lbs and my current weight is about 195, anyways to my questions.
I'm not sure what I should do at this point should I cut or bulk with how my body is now?
I'm currently taking these supplements:
Phase 8 Blend
ON 100% Whey
5mg Creatine Mono
Pre workout usually assault
I'm eating pretty healthy about 2000-2500 calories a day roughly 100-125 carbs, 175g of protein, and about 60g fats all (nuts, PB, etc)
So in your opinion should I continue to cut? or start bulking I'd like to get rid of my man boobs (not sure if gynemastia? or just a lot of fat under my chest?)
Looking for any advice
