    My stream of consciousness ramble about developing the entire strength spectrum

    * Warning! This is a big-time ramble. I just thought it might prove interesting to some.

    Great video. I've seen some guys squat where they decend very fast and explode up. While some others control their decend and explode up. Which one so you like better and will the fast decend put extra stress on your knees?

    For those who descend slowly it is usually more about injury etc. In other words, a faster descent is physically superior assuming the lifter can tolerate it.
