I have been doing the below workout for the past 5 weeks with good results. I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything and that I'm doing enough sets?
Flat bench 3x6 (last set RP)
BO Rows 3x6 (last set RP)
Tricep bench dips
Rack Chins (last set RP)
Trap bar deadlift 1x6 (any more hurts my knees)
OHP w/squat combo 3x6 (using dumb bells)
EZ Bar curls 3x6
