    Dumbbell curls 85#, 90#, 95# 2x5 each arm

    Pec is feeling much better back on the way to over 405

    All lower body and olympic work is done without a belt unless i mention it.
    Conventional deadlift from 2 inch deficit
    405# 3x3, 455# 3X1
    Straight leg dead lifts 2 inch deficit
    225# 3x10
