Very interesting read. Good article Alex! I just learned all about the concentration gradients in the body during my recent semester with A+P. My teacher was the head of the sciences department....that damn class was difficult but very interesting.
You say pedialyte is a diluted gatorade. What about buying gatorade and diluting it yourself and making it 7 carbs per 8oz of water? Would that have the same effect? gatorade + extra water + adding amino acids? Just thinking on a possibly cost effective bases.

I never really got the idea of having a bcaa supplement if you're getting enough protein during your day.
