    Memorial Day PR

I felt like crap and didn't even want to train today, but I did. I decided to pull because no one else was at the gym when I showed up. Anyway, I pulled without briefs or a suit (I did use a belt and straps). I ended up pulling 635 x 6 which I am 99% sure is a PR for me.

    Pics or it didn't happen.

But really, great job! I find it funny that sometimes it's the days you feel the most out of it that turn out to be the best.

Knowing Mason, he needs his "grandkids" at the gym to record his lifts.

Stellar job, Mase. At least you were able to lift on Memorial Day.

Not trying to steal your thunder, but today I was feeling a bit beat also but got in the right mindset and managed to grudge out these for football maxes today:

    415x5 Squat w/belt only
    315x3 Bench raw

It's amazing what the mind can do sometimes. (Thought it would be more appropriate to put here since we're talking about grinding through rough days, and because I was too dull to record it)
    Bench: 350
    Squat: 475
    Dead: 500

    Big pullin' Chris, nice work!

And nice job Whoopipally as well. Are the numbers in your signature up to date? Because I'd say you've got a few PRs coming soon if so...

Appreciate it, man. And no they are a tad bit dated, I'm excited to see how they change in the next few months!

He goes on to say that if he (or his athletes) waited till they felt good and healthy to train they'd train 2 days out ov the year.

Gotta love deadlift PR's. I just missed one tonight.

Well, I've actually pulled 775 lbs, but I am not there right now. Don't put too much stock in the calculators by the way.
