    Some recent training vids

    Im in my second mini cycle for USAPL raw nats in July and things are going well. Im loving the new PREWORKOUT supplement and I started adding my results in during my workout and things are going well with that method.

    555 for 5 raw squat


    600 for 5 raw sumo deadlift


    8 weeks out.
