    660 Sumo Dead @ 200 lbs

    Here's my top two sets from today. This was after a 17 hour fast. Body weight was 200 lbs.

    I wish. I used straps as my grip gets a little iffy up around 650 and I knew it would be a grinder.

    Yeah this is like a 25 lb PR from only about 2 months ago, and I've been dieting pretty hard the entire time. I'm thinking I'll hit 700 within the next year.
