    As always impressive and looking more swole.

    How would you describe the Kaz press? 1/2 way between a close grip bench press and a close grip extension?

    Thx all.

    The Kaz press to me is more like a JM press in the smith machine. I shortened the range of motion because going all the way down kills my shoulder/biceps tendon.
