Took this vid tonight at my gym while training. I'm just terrible at the football bar, which is probably why I need to work on it more. It's just awkward but I do find that it improves my technique considerably when I work hard at it.
Weight is 425 bar weight and minis so around 515 at the top. Nothing really earth shattering, I just haven't uploaded a video in quite some time so I figured I'd do it tonight while I was thinking about it.
