    Nice work. You are developing a much more balanced physique. Legs are definitely your strong point.

    Allen, agreed and I will continue to grow them, but focus has been shifted to to my upper body. Operation 20lbs of lbm starts this fall. I plan to stay around 12 percent bf for my off season. I noticed I make greater gains being leaner.

    I wish more physique athletes would understand that once you have a descent foundation it doesn't pay to get too high in body fat during the off season just to see the scale go up. Your body has to work much harder if you gain to much excess which means you are more likely to lose some hard earned muscle to get into shape and metabolically speaking its much harder on your system.

    I train twice a day 5 days out of the week. I just hit the body parts that need the most work, I really don't have a set training schedule. I personally don't think its optimal to have a set schedule.

    Funny thing is on Sunday I had a glycogen replenishing day and its amazing how much bigger I look compared to these pictures.
