    585 x 3 and 495 x 10 RAW squat!! Belt only

    This was a great session! It was my first time using a straight bar since surgery ~4 months ago. I definitely had a couple reps in the tank with the last 2 sets but decided to stick to the plan this week and repeat the session next week adding 5% to all lifts. I'll let you know how it goes!


    Whoever said "Good things come to those who wait" couldn't have amounted to much. If you want it get off your lazy ass and get it!!
