Great Video on Muscle Buidling Tip

You want to take you training to the next level? I've been working with Ben for the last month and a half and in that time I've put on 2kg of lean body mass just following his principles. Watch this awesome Video on Muscle building tips and tips for activating/training possibly weak body parts.

One of the few videos of his worth watching.

    Too right lol.

Interesting what Ben says, he seems like a smart guy. I've heard about full ROM, contractions ect from BBs (albeit usually from what I assume enhanced athletes - hence i've never really incorporated much of this style into my training).
I hope this doesn't sound stupid, but is feeling the muscle, contractions, TUT and full ROM something I should really be focusing on to gain size?

    Thanks for posting this video.

I'm interested in how one would get the full ROM for the bicep, as far as exercise.

i don't mean any disrespect here but do the two guys in the video take steroids or anything similar?
i'm only asking as i'm curious if i should have a goal to be that big, but i would be doing it naturally.
the only things i take now are protein powder, creatine and weight gainer.

and yeah, either way, lots of hard work goes into getting that big but i'm always curious as to what is actually attainable for a regular guy with a family and only time to workout 3 times a week.

You are not going to get as big as an IFBB pro if you aren't already at your age. Does not mean you can't get as muscular as your body allows. Steroids will take one past their genetic potential, but few even reach that.

I think asking that of an IFBB Pro isn't all too much disrespectful at all. It's no secret that some of the IFBB Pros are geared to some extent. It doesn't, however, discredit them for the amount of work these guys put in to achieve their size. Any jerkoff can take a performance enhancing drug, but it takes so much dedication to eat the proper foods, do the proper movements, and be in the proper mindset to even consider being that size. Perhaps this is another thread/discussion, but I think we are past the days of naivety when it comes to some IFBB Pros.

What percent do/don't? Beats me. I will however echo what Joey said about your natural size at this point in your life. You also have to consider what proper measurements you have made to ensure that your natural growth has been optimized.

    Liquidmonkey,

I definitely think there's a lot more involved then training 3 times a week and taking a few supplement. I personally know Ben and he's been bodybuilding for over a decade. If this is something you want, prepare to invest some serious time in to your nutrition and training.

Good video, one thing I constantly have to remind myself is that the amount of weight isn't the factor that is going to help my muscles grow. Definitely good stuff to keep in mind at the gym.

I did for the first time yesterday with my chest/tris workout. Worked on doing tricep work like in his other video and tried to create more tension on my other lifts and holy crap, I had to drop the weight down a bunch but man I haven't felt a chest workout like that before. This is great stuff, can't wait to see what it produces after doing it for a few months.

    NcsuLuke,

I've been using Ben's methods and have seen more results in 3 months than I have over an entire year. This should give you an idea of the results you will get if you apply them.
