Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?
Why do you train? What are you goals?
One of my goals in to make a living out of helping people reach there fitness goals. I train because I love body building and feeling of self improvement for the mind as well as the body.
