I have two diets, one low carb day and the other a carb load day. I also have two training sessions which consist an am session and pm session. I only consume carbs post workout.

How low is low? Since starting MI40 I'm about 100 grams non-training days and 150-200 grams training days. Mornings I feel great, night time not so much. My body seems to crave carbs at night. BUT I wake up feeling hungry so that's good.
